Honda recently revealed the upcoming Honda Elevate SUV and the model has generated a lot of interest among potential customers in India. In fact, with the launch of the Honda Elevate SUV, the Japanese automaker will mark its entry into one of the most competitive SUV segments in the country.

Speaking of which, the Hyundai Creta SUV has been the benchmark in the segment with consistently high sales figures and the model turns out to be a well-rounded product. As such, here is a quick comparison between the Honda Elevate SUV and the Hyundai Creta SUV.

Starting with the dimensions, the Hyundai Creta SUV measures 4,300mm long, 1,790mm wide, 1,635mm tall, and sports a wheelbase that measures 2,610mm. This is a decent size for the SUV in its segment.

On the other hand, the upcoming Honda Elevate SUV is powered by the same 1.5-litre, DOHC, 4-cylinder petrol engine as the 5th-generation Honda City sedan. This engine in the Honda Elevate is tuned to produce 119.4bhp and 145Nm of peak torque.

Thoughts About The Upcoming Honda Elevate SUV

The Honda Elevate SUV seems to be a very strong contender in the highly competitive C-Segment SUV. However, to take on the likes of the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, etc., Honda has to ensure the pricing of the Elevate SUV is spot-on.
