Honda Elevate SUV Details Revealed – New Teaser
Honda recently revealed the upcoming Honda Elevate and the upcoming Japanese SUV managed to generate a lot of interest among the public in India. Now, the automaker has released a new teaser video.
This new teaser video of the upcoming Honda Elevate SUV is 4 minutes and 55 seconds long and it showcases the upcoming SUV being tested in real-life scenarios. On top of that, the teaser video also discusses the design and engineering of the Honda Elevate SUV.
The teaser video starts with how the Honda Elevate SUV came into existence. Along with that, it is also revealed that the Honda Elevate SUV is a global model even though it has been designed with Indian customers in mind.
The video goes on with the presenter explaining about the exterior design, interior design, structure, driving dynamics and so on. Furthermore, the presenter also speaks about the Honda Sensing ADAS tech in the upcoming Honda Elevate SUV.
Speaking about ADAS tech, we expect the top-spec variants of the Honda Elevate SUV to come with the Honda Sensing ADAS tech. This system comes with features such as a collision mitigation system, lane-keeping assist, high-beam assist, road departure mitigation, adaptive cruise control, lane watch and more.
Also, thanks to the increased awareness among the public regarding automotive safety, we expect the upcoming Honda Elevate SUV to come with plenty of passive safety features as well. Some of these systems include 6 airbags, ABS, EBD, hill-start assist, traction control, vehicle stability assist, and more.
When launched, the upcoming Honda Elevate SUV will compete against other C-segment SUVs such as Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, and more. Also, we expect the upcoming Elevate SUV to significantly contribute to the Japanese automaker's overall sales figures.
Powering the Honda Elevate SUV is a 1.5-litre, DOHC, 4-cylinder petrol engine with 119.4bhp and 145Nm of peak torque. Also, this powertrain is expected to be offered with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a CVT gearbox.
